Our food philosophy & sustainability
Art of Catering has a decade of professional food service experience. Our food tastes and looks great because we use market fresh ingredients to prepare all our own food, in-house. Art of Catering sources a large range of locally produced ingredients, and prefers organic produce where possible.
We have a breadth of experience in our committed and qualified team of chefs, front of house and event managers that we can bring to your next corporate event.
We are fully licensed by Brisbane City Council to provide offsite catering. Our Food Safety Program ensures our food is prepared under strict health regulations and arrives to your office fresh from our kitchen.
Art of Catering uses biodegradable packaging products to reduce our overall footprint on the environment. We also recycle where possible and always aim to reduce food waste. In instances where we do have an excess of product, we work with Oz Harvest to redistribute to those less fortunate.
