Art of Catering has a decade of professional food service experience. Our food tastes and looks great because we use market fresh ingredients to prepare all our own food, in-house. Art of Catering sources a large range of locally produced ingredients, and prefers organic produce where possible.
We have a breadth of experience in our committed and qualified team of chefs, front of house and event managers that we can bring to your next corporate event.
We are fully licensed by Brisbane City Council to provide offsite catering. Our Food Safety Program ensures our food is prepared under strict health regulations and arrives to your office fresh from our kitchen.
Art of Catering has pioneered the use of biodegradable packaging products since their inception. We want to partner with those who also aim to reduce their footprint on Mother Earth.
Through our research and market knowledge, there are some instances, where recyclable products offer better solutions over biodegradable options. How you may wonder? We realise that some bio-packaging is required to be disposed in specific landfill situations which quite often, will never make it to those ideal situations to break down properly.
In these instances, we will at times use food safe PP and PET products that Australia has a high level of expertise in recycling and turning these recycled plastic chips into many different products.
As for food waste, we work with Oz Harvest to donate food safe options where there is excess. Please let us know if you think you have food that can be repurposed. If you wish to participate in reusing of left over food, please refrigerate or freeze asap and note what time and date the food is refrigerated. We will collect on our next run near you. Note: it is not possible to repurpose hot food.
